What is the Ad Libitum Project?
In 2019 I started working to a digital project in which the two sides of every musician are finally and happily be joint: musical development and personal development are constantly growing, collaborating side by side an complementing each other, like Yin and Yang in the Tao.

I've been studying the flute since I was little, I'm not a professional but music has always been an important part of my life anyway.
I was absolutely not satisfied with my results, I was in a stalemate, by now I thought I would never overcome certain obstacles.

I'm an actor and director and, although I'm not directly involved in music as a professional musician can be, I feel I can say without any exaggeration that ChangeEnergy Music Practice is truly a rare pearl. The ideas and paths of reflection are absolutely common and can be shared also in my profession and in my artistic and personal path.
Regarding my personal experience: often, as artists, we are convinced that we (no longer) need anything other than our Art itself, guiltily neglecting all the eminently "practical" aspects that make that art become usable, concrete, and which increases in power, efficiency and effectiveness. The videos go straight to the essentials with extremely practical and direct advice, without unnecessary frills or special effects. Furthermore, the worksheets prove to be a really useful supplementary tool to fix the concepts on which you are working even more strongly.
As a theater pedagogue, I particularly appreciate the ability to master the "lâcher prize" technique, i.e. knowing how to "let go" at the right moment (letting the pupil continue with his own feet) and then pick it up again (to make him advance a little further towards the good direction), without forcing it unnecessarily.
In short, a course to always have in your personal toolbox, especially in the moments of life when we most need to "retune our instruments".
